Peach Jalapeno Chicken Meatballs

Chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, red onion, salt and pepper are combined to make meatballs served with a sauce consisting of Zack's Peach Jalapeno Sauce and plain yogurt.


  • 1 lb. Ground chicken
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs, unseasoned
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, minced
  • 1 tsp. Herbs d Provence, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup Zack's Peach Jalapeno Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Plain yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients by hand until completely combined. Form into 2 inch round balls. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 20-22 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix together the Peach Jalapeno Sauce, yogurt, salt and pepper.
  3. Skewer meatballs and serve with Peach Jalapeno yogurt sauce on the side.
