Blackberry Jalapeno Cinnamon Baked Brie in Pastry
Cinnamon, Brie and Zack's Jalapeno Sauce come together for this sweet treat.
- 6 oz. Brie cheese
- 1 tin Croissant dough
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 medium Egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Zack's Blackberry Jalapeno Sauce
- Remove wax from cheese. Wrap Brie completely with dough. Lightly brush edges of dough with egg and seal completely.
- Mix cinnamon with sugar. Lightly brush top of pastry with egg and evenly sprinkle with sugar mixture.
- Bake 8-12 minutes at 375 degrees F or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with Zack’s Blackberry Jalapeno Sauce.
