Blackberry Jalapeno Cinnamon Baked Brie in Pastry

Cinnamon, Brie and Zack's Jalapeno Sauce come together for this sweet treat.


  • 6 oz. Brie cheese
  • 1 tin Croissant dough
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 medium Egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Zack's Blackberry Jalapeno Sauce


  1. Remove wax from cheese. Wrap Brie completely with dough. Lightly brush edges of dough with egg and seal completely.
  2. Mix cinnamon with sugar. Lightly brush top of pastry with egg and evenly sprinkle with sugar mixture.
  3. Bake 8-12 minutes at 375 degrees F or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with Zack’s Blackberry Jalapeno Sauce.
