Finger Lickin' Spareribs

Spareribs have never tasted so good than they do with Zack's Bar-b-que Sauce.


  • 1 clove Garlic, peeled, smashed
  • 1/2 cup Zack's Bar-b-que Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Orange rind, grated
  • 2 1/2-3 lbs. Tender spareribs, whole pieces
  • 1/2 tsp. Candied ginger finely cut.


  1. Mix garlic, ginger, Zack's Bar-b-que Sauce and orange rind together.
  2. Rinse meat, drain and pat dry. Trim fat away. Do not separate ribs. Place meat in a shallow baking dish and spread with sauce, covering well.
  3. Let stand in refrigerator 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning in sauce 2 to 3 times. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
