White Chocolate Raspberry Walnuts

White Chocolate Raspberry Walnuts

Simply simple sweet snack.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl mix together 2 cups of walnuts and about half a jar of jam. Being sure all walnuts are coated with jam. 

On a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper, evenly spread out coated walnuts. Bake walnuts for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees on the middle rack. Being sure to stir at the 8 minute mark and 15 minute mark.

Remove from oven and let cool.

Melt white chocolate in a bowl according to package instructions. Drizzle over walnuts. Let harden.
