- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 3 cups penne pasta (or other pasta of choice)
- 1/2 cup Southern City Flavors Tennessee Whiskey BBQ Sauce
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil penne pasta and drain when done.
In an oven safe pan cook ground beef. Stir in bbq sauce once beef is cooked through. Allow to cook for 2 - 3 minutes until sauce has thickened slightly around beef. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Add in cooked pasta and mix well. Top with shredded cheese.
Place in oven. Cook for approx 20 - 25 minutes until cheese is melted and there is a crispness to the pasta on top.
