A simply simple side dish.
- 2 garlic cloves
- Southern City Flavors BBQ Sauce of choice
- 2 1/2 cups white rice
- salt & pepper to taste
In a pot on medium heat, add butter and 2 garlic gloves finely chopped. Stir until garlic become fragrant (approx 30 secs). Add in rice and 5 cups of water. Stir to mix in garlic well. Cook according to package.
In a large sauce pan over medium-high heat pour roughly 1/2 a jar of chosen bbq sauce. Add in a splash of water. Allow to bubble, stirring occasionally. Add in drained rice and season with salt & pepper to taste.
