Aunt "B" Raspberry Jalapeno Chocolate Chip Cheese Cake


1 cup Graham Cracker crumbs

3 tbsp sugar

3 tbsp melted margarine


3-8 oz softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1-1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

1/2 cup Raspberry Jalapeno Jelly


  1. Preheat over to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Lightly spray springform pan with Pam.
  3. Combine crumbs, sugar, and margarine to create crust.
  4. Press crust into springform pan.
  5. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Mix at medium speed until well blended.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one. Blend in vanilla extract.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips and Southern City Flavors Raspberry Jalapeno Jelly.
  8. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 mixtures reducing to 250 degrees for 35 minutes.
  9. Loosen cake from rim of pan, cool before removing rim. Let chill.
  10. Garnish with Raspberries.



Blackberry Jalapeno Cobbler


1/2 cup Butter or margarine

1 cup Flour

1 cup Sugar

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 cup Milk

2 cups Blackberry Jalapeno Jelly


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Melt butter in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Mix Flour, sugar, baking powder together, then add milk and mix together.
  3. Spoon over melted butter in pan. Pour Southern City Flavors Blackberry Jalapeno Jelly over dough.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Crust will rise to top. Can be served warm or cold

Hot Wings Sauce


1 jar Southern City Flavors Serrano Pepper Jelly

1/2 stick of butter


  1. Place jar of jelly in the middle of a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Place 1/2 stick of butter in jar.
  3. Heat until butter is completely melted.
  4. Toss cooked chicken wings with sauce.
  5. Enjoy!


Blackberry Jalapeno Cinnamon Baked Brie


6 oz Brie Cheese

1 tin Croissant dough

1 tsp Cinnamon

2 Tbsp sugar

1 medium egg, beaten

2 tbsp Southern City Flavors Blackberry Jalapeno Jelly


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Remove wax from cheese. Wrap Brie completely with dough. Lightly brush edges of dough with egg and seal completely.
  3. Mix cinnamon with sugar. Lightly brush top of pastry with egg and evenly sprinkle with sugar mixture.
  4. Bake 8-12 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with Blackberry Jalapeno Jelly.
