- 1/3 cup of Southern City Flavor Peach Jalapeno Jelly
- 3 TBSP water
- 1.5 oz gin
- club soda
To make peach jalapeno simple syrup, combine jelly and water in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Allow bubbles to begin to form, then stir consistently for roughly 2 - 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Let cool. Using a mesh strainer, pour syrup into a container or jar to help separate any natural fruit pieces or lumps.
In a glass, combine 2 oz peach jalapeno simple syrup and 1.5 oz of gin. Top with ice and a splash of club soda (add the club soda according to your preferred taste).
