While Southern City Flavors doesn’t have a dedicated retail storefront, you can find our handcrafted Southern goodies in select Whole Foods and Publix locations across Tennessee. Of course, our full collection of products is always available online and delivered straight to your door, bringing authentic Southern flavor wherever you are.

What are your most popular items?

Do you use all-natural ingredients?

Yes! At Southern City Flavors, we take pride in crafting our products using high-quality, all-natural ingredients whenever possible. We believe in keeping things simple, so you won’t find artificial preservatives or unnecessary additives here just real Southern flavor made with care.

Are there sets available so I can try a variety of sauces?

Absolutely! Our Southern BBQ Collection is perfect for discovering multiple flavors at once. This discounted bundle includes four of our most-loved BBQ sauces—Maple Espresso, Maple Chipotle, Apple Moonshine, and Tennessee Whiskey. How long will shipping take?

We ship all orders within 48 hours, with standard delivery typically taking between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Whether you're just down the road in Tennessee or across the country, your Southern favorites will arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

What is the shelf life of Southern City Flavors products?

Great question! Our jarred products stay fresh for up to 3 years. Our pantry and dry mixes last up to 2 years, and our delicious Chocolate Pecans have a shelf life of 18 months.

Do your jams contain seeds?

Yes, they do! We use whole, fresh berries to ensure you get the richest, fullest berry flavor. Many store-bought jams use leftover juice from processing, but we believe using the whole berry makes our jams taste so much better.

Are Southern City Flavors products vegan or gluten-free?

All our jams and pepper jellies are both vegan and gluten-free. Most of our BBQ sauces are vegan and gluten-free as well, except our Bacon & Whiskey flavor, which contains real bacon. However, due to the spices used, which sometimes have gluten-based anti-caking agents, we can't guarantee 100% gluten-free status for all BBQ sauces. The fruit fillings in our Cobbler Kits are vegan and gluten-free, but the topping mix contains gluten.

Are your grits Non-GMO?

Our grits come from locally grown Tennessee corn, specifically a single-variety, non-GMO corn that gives them an exceptional flavor compared to grocery store alternatives. However, the farm itself isn't officially certified as non-GMO due to certification costs and nearby GMO cornfields, so we can't legally label them as non-GMO.

Are your grits Organic?

Our grits aren't certified organic. Although the farmer employs natural farming methods without chemicals for some of his produce, he's still transitioning his larger corn crops to fully organic practices.

What is your return policy?

While we don't accept returns, your satisfaction is extremely important to us! If you receive a damaged or broken jar, please send a photo of the damage along with your order number to info@southerncityflavors.com. We'll promptly send you a replacement. Remember, refunds or replacements require a photo of the damage.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 days, though it may take up to a week. Need something in a hurry because you've waited until the last minute to buy a gift? We've got you covered!
